Monday was a busy night for the school board but nothing definitive was decided.
Citizens of Richmond’s Fifth District have organized a Community Action Team, 5CAT. The team has been established as a venue to build unity among the district’s neighborhoods and give voice to 5th District citizens’ concerns. 5CAT had its first meeting in November, with plans to meet monthly at various locations throughout the 5th District.
