The latest issue of Richmond Magazine (sorry not online), has an article on the Hot Neighborhoods of the Richmond area. Gammino leading the fund raising race

From RTD: Contractor and developer David Gammino, who is challenging incumbent E. Martin Jewell for the 5th District seat, raised $16,510 between Jan. 1 and March 31, according to first-quarter campaign finance reports compiled by the Virginia Public Access Project.

In November we linked to a story on Realrva.com about a Woodland Heights house that was about to go through some renovations. Well RealRVA.com is back with an update on the renovation progress. The new floor plan looks great and I’m looking forward to more updates.
