Music in the Park schedule released
I hear that there is a little music festival on Brown’s Island this weekend called Shadrock but we on the Southbank give away our music for free throughout the summer. Music in the Park takes place at Forest Hill Park and the schedule has been released so get out the calendar and mark the dates.

Music In The Park On Sunday
Good news for those that were rained out. Music In The Park is rescheduled for Sunday the 17th, 4pm-6pm at the usual spot, near the Stone House in Forest Hill Park. The band is Os Magrelos – Brazillian Jazz! (They were originally scheduled for 10/3.) This is the final concert of 2010. Enjoy.
H&H Locals Play the National
Venture across the river and head to the National this Saturday (10/16) and enjoy an evening full of great acoustic music. SCOTS at Plaza Bowl
I realize that a lot of you, myself included, are heading to some other minor music thingy tonight but these guys are great fun. They will be rocking the bowl tonight at 8:00 p.m and tickets are $10. There are two opening bands, Pinche Gringo and Venus Throw.
