Two shooting deaths in Manchester

Update 4/19 8:00 pm - In less than 24 hours, Richmond Police detectives have identified and arrested Randy L. Trent in connection with last night’s double homicide. Trent, 20, of the 700 block of Stockton Street , has initially been charged with conspiracy to commit murder, but other charges are pending. This investigation remains ongoing.
