Last Music in the Park of the season on Sunday and it’s Hawaiian

This week we have Hawaiian guitar music provided by the Broad Street Ramblers. Hopefully you learned to Hula last week at the Folk Fest and you can bring your mad skills to the Park this Sunday at 5pm. The Broad Street Ramblers are led by Gregg Kimball, noted musical historian with the Virginia State Library and his motley gang of guitarists.

Please bring lots of friends and a picnic dinner and enjoy the evening!

Also give your neighborhood reps a smooch or a hug b/c the Westover Hills, Forest Hills, and Woodland Heights Neighborhood Associations are all co-sponsors of the event. The City of Richmond Parks and Recreation Department, Grow RVA and Kathy Graziano also have crucial roles in bringing this music to our ears.

Finally a special Thank You to all of the Folks ( behind the scenes) who make this concert happen every month : Dorna Braswell, Richard Day, Zac Sheldon, Grace Lerose, and Phil Licking and the hardworking crew that manage Forest Hill
Park! (The above message was written by Tod Ranson)
