Three local non-profits to receive grants from Richmond Unite

Richmond Unite recently closed the voting for Richmond area non-profits to receive grants. In order to get the grant the non-profit had to have over 1,000 folks vote for it. The number of votes received will determine how much money is received. Although they haven’t announced the grant amounts Richmond Unite has announced the vote totals and it’s nice to see that 3 of our locals made it into the money. Congrats to all involved.

• Patrick Henry School of Science and Arts – 1965 votes
• Richmond Waldorf School – 1276 votes
• Positive Vibe Foundation – 1218

The top vote getter was Youth Life Foundation of Richmond with 4097 votes.
