Did you lose your ferrets?

We found two ferrets in forest hill park on Tuesday the 11th of September. They were wandering around the woods near the main parking lot. They are both currently in our care, but we would really like to reunite them with their owners.
They are both very friendly and very cute!!
This kind of thing really ticks me off!! Instead of posting an ad on Craig’s List to give them away, they go and let their ferrets loose in the park. There is no way they could survive on their own. People need to really think before getting pets!
Wow. Were they dumped there? We may never know.
Maybe not dumped. That’s just were my mind went to first based on past experience.
People often get ferrets that have been “descented” not realizing that doesn’t mean they are odorless. Ferrets can be a lot more pungent than people realize.
If they did somehow escape, I hope they find their way back home.
