Police seek Hull Street Bank robber
Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the man who robbed a Manchester bank Tuesday. At approximately 1 p.m., a man walked into the SunTrust Bank at 1518 Hull St. and passed a teller a note demanding money. He did not display a weapon. The robber is described as a black male, about 5’4” with dreadlocks and a hairy beard, which could be fake, who last seen wearing a black knit cap, wire-rimmed glasses and a brown long-sleeved shirt with graphics on it. Anyone with any information about this person or this crime is asked to call Detective Adrian Partain at 646-1290 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.

How ’bout we stop giving money to unarmed people?
Not displaying a weapon is not synonymous with being unarmed.
That is a very good photo of the suspect, which should make it easier to catch the guy.
