Martin’s Gas Station coming to Forest Hill Ave.

Building permits have been filled for  7012 Forest Hill Ave. (across from Mexico). The owner of the parcel is Giant Foods (owner of Martin’s) and the contractor is Advanced Fueling Systems. So I think we can safely assume that a Martin’s Fuel Station, as they like to call it,  is going into that spot. In April, Martin’s opened its first Richmond gas station in the parking lot of the Martin’s located at 9645 West Broad Street. Read the April Press Release here or the RTD article here, which is also where the picture above came from.  The station on West Broad has 8 pumps. The permits on the Forest Hill project are for 5 pumps. Thanks goes out to Mike Swain for cluing me in and reminding me that anyone can look up building permits online.
