Missing a black and tan pup?

Betsy found this pup around noon today at Riverside and 30th and says the following about the girl.

She’s a sweet dog and I think she’s still a puppy. She is black and tan with a little white streak on her forehead and a white patch on the tip of her tail. She answers to some basic commands, so I think she’s been trained by someone and is probably being missed right now. She’s very loving and affectionate.
