Antiques in Manchester will be back next weekend

Antiques in Manchester (Twitter @AIMRVA), an open-air upscale antiques mall featuring local dealers and restaurant vendors will re-open on March 31. Located in the covered walkway beside 205 Hull Street, AIMRVA will welcome treasure-seekers every Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The market is open to the public and will run until the end of December, weather permitting. This event is free to the public. Pictures from last last year are above.

Hundreds of dealers and art enthusiasts are expected flock to the Manchester district to find hidden gems for the home and garden. Co-sponsored by Micheal Sparks Design, the market is part of a larger effort to celebrate the historic district.

We went a couple times last year and since most of the items tend towards mid-century we loved it. Although we never found the big ticket item we did pick up a few knick knacks and will be back again this year.
