Local hood is 3rd Hottest and some other H&H real estate stats

The latest issue of Richmond Magazine (sorry not online), has an article on the Hot Neighborhoods of the Richmond area. Armed robbery and thefts from cars

From the Daily Crime Report; 3rd Precinct – ROBBERY 5/15/12 – 9:45 p.m. -600 block of Westover Hills Boulevard A male reported he was robbed at gunpoint by three unknown males. The above incident was picked up by the RTD which had additional details:

Three jobbernowls rescued from the river

From ABC8; Richmond Fire responded to a river rescue at Belle Isle. At around 6:30 PM Tuesday evening, a young woman was reported to be stranded in the river. Panther is missing (Felis catus not Panthera pardus)

Posted on the H&H Facebook page: “Panther” has been missing since Saturday/Sunday (5/12). We are worried she might be in a neighbor’s garage, so please check around if you live near 31st and Semmes Avenue.

Lost cat
