Crash On Mayo

Four people were injured in an early-morning collision Sunday on the south side of the Mayo Bridge.

According to police, a Hyundai sport utility vehicle was traveling across the bridge into South Richmond at 2:07 a.m. when it crossed into the eastbound lane near First and Hull streets. The SUV then struck a Pontiac two-door car head-on.

No serious injuries and no charges at this time.
