Two Opportunities To Help The James

Thanks to JRNH we get the reminder of two meetings this week of some of our local river advocates. 

From Friends of James River Park:

New co-presidents Betsy Slade and Elaine Marolla will preside over our next board meeting Tuesday, October 4 at 6 p.m. TaZa Coffee n Creme 5047 Forest Hill Ave.

From James River Outdoor Coalition president Chris Hull on the group’s meeting Wednesday at  6 p.m.:

Hope to see you at Legend Brewery at 321 West 7th Street for our next JROC meeting.  Incredibly, the visitor center is STILL not open at Reedy Creek, thus we are having the meeting at Legend.  Legend always encourages turnout and lively discussion, so please come on by.
