Buy A Pumpkin Fund A Playground

Anybody that travels Westover Hills Blvd knows that October is here when the pumpkins arrive at the Westover Hills United Methodist Church. This year the money collected from the annual pumpkin patch are going towards a fundraising effort to renovate the playground. The playground which we always called the triangle playground, is looking to get a complete renovation with an estimated cost of $30,000. With all the love that playground has received from the local children, I’m sure the parents can buy an extra pumpkin or two to help the church update this neighborhood fixture. The pumpkins range in price from a .25 to $30+.
