Change Up at Ejay Rin

Richmond.com has the news on a change in menu and a special dinner for cheapskates.

According to co-owner Andy Howell, the biggest menu changes are “Big Meals, a couple different noodle preparations, our take on the fashionable Vietnamese sandwich Banh Mi and some constant desserts.”
