Who Doesn’t Have Cable/Phone/Internet?

We were lucky when the power returned our Verizon Fios turned on with no issues but there was an article this morning on RTD that mentions a neighbor that is still out. Who else is doing with out cable/phone/internet?

On Wednesday, 14 days after her power was restored in the wake of Hurricane Irene, Sallie B. Freeman still did not have working phone or Internet at her Westover Hills home.

Freeman, a consultant on human genetics, has used her cellphone to call Verizon nine times — often hanging up after she’s been on hold more than 10 minutes. She has waited hours for technicians to arrive, and several have come out, only to tell her she needs a different kind of repairman.
