Help Light The Streets

Department of Public Utilities needs your help in their streetlight recovery operations, post Irene. The problem is that they don’t know where all the down or not working lights are so need you to fill in the details. Email DPU Customer Service at dpucustserv@richmondgov.com and place “Street Light Out” in the subject of the email. If you don’t have access to email (which makes me wonder how you are reading this), call 646-7000 or 3-1-1 to report it. When reporting, please be as specific as possible in your locations. Examples: light on the pole on the right side of 123 East Broad St, or 3 lights in the alley behind 4567-4569 Monument Ave.
