Five Course Asian/Southern Meal in Manchester
Marinara Enterprises is teaming up with Ejay Rin to provide a culinary voyage that is not likely to be matched. Well, at least this month. This is a monthly series so who knows what the future holds. I can tell you that this month for $50 you’ll be served these 5 courses;
- 1st Course- Sake Steamed Mussels with Ham Hock
- 2nd Course- Local Rockfish with Shichimi Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes & Wilted Spinach
- 3rd Course- Soy Braised Fried Quail with Ramen Broth Grits & Bok Choy
- 4th Course- Confit of Pork Loin with Sticky Rice & Kale
- 5th Course- Hoecakes with House made Pear/Yuzu Ricotta & Local Honey

Sounds good. too bad my wife is non-meat eater. I wish there was always an option or substituation for the dishes with meat. Nowadays, with so many vegetarians or pescatarians, we miss out on some of these menus / opportunities.
