Vendors Needed for Sunday in the Park

From Vanessa (aka Sweet Cheeks) more details on being a vendor for Sunday in the Park. The key point, is you need to act ASAP so they can get the permit from the city.

Friends of Forest Hill Park is doing, again this year, “Sunday in the Park.” All proceeds go to help the Friends of Forest Hill Park organization (they are a 501C3). Last year they had a turnout of about 2,500 but did no advertising. This year they will be advertising the event so expect more. This year they wanted to bring in vendors of all sorts and asked me to head it up.
So here are the specifics:

When: August 28th from 12-5 p.m.
Where: Forest Hill Park (bring your own tent, and table)
Cost: $40/space (you can share space)

Here is the hitch, to get the permit from the city they need to know by 8/1 and they need at least 15 vendors to cover the cost. So please, please ask all the crafty/foodie folks you know. Please have them contact me (or give me there info asap) at 231-3319 or vlmccauley@verizon.net . The $40 cost would cover any non-food vendor or food vendor selling food that is not intended for immediate consumption. We also want food vendors to sell food people can eat on site so if you know some pass them to me too, we just don’t know the cost yet… aghhhh the city.
