Relay Foods Adds a Southbank Pickup
Relay Foods which allows you to shop for groceries online has made it much easier for folks in our area. They have added a pickup spot at 43rd Street Gallery. For those not familiar with Relay, the Cliff Notes are that you can shop online for groceries, including locals such as Blanchards Coffee and then pick it up at a specified location. The logic behind this business model is that you save time, gas and money but not driving around to get all the essentials to living the good life. Get all the details at the Relay Foods site.
I haven’t used Relay who among my loyal reader has and how has your experience been?

Relay Foods has a great model with good flexibility. Compares favorably to Fall Line Farms. Just depends on what you want. A friend of ours is on staff with them at the C’ville location.
Just a small detail–it’s 43rd Street Gallery, not 42nd . . .
I’m king of the typo. Thanks Foust, all fixed.
I’ve been wanting to try them- not having to drag my 2 year old to the grocery store sounds like heaven. My only question, though, is how do they keep the cold stuff cold? Do you have to pick up your items within a very short window of time? Just curious…
nevermind- seems they get this question a lot. it’s answered under the Pickup FAQ’s.
Relay Foods is amazing.
I struggled to take my one year old grocery shopping–she refuses to ride in the buggy–so I started using them. I’m obsessed!!!!
It’s so easy. The people who work for them are so professional & friendly.
It also helped keep my grocery budget under control!!!
I recommend them to everyone.
I love that this one will be so close to home!!
Can’t wait to try this- thanks for the information and link – I already set up my account!
