Renter Looking for a Home
Scott and his partner after living in Church Hill for 7.5 years in the same place have decided to look for another house to rent. He is looking for a spot in Forest Hill and has developed a comprehensive list (transcribed below) of what he is looking for in a new home. So I’m putting the question out there. Does anyone know of anything available within the next month or two? Scott is promising good long term tenants who are both gainfully employed and responsible people. - 2-3 bedrooms of decent size
- 1-2 bathrooms
- Central AC
- Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher
- Hardwood floors
- Decent yard (We can improve it and maintain it)
- Fireplace(s) – Preferably working
- Off street parking would be nice
- Gas hook-up for range (I have a Viking range that I will be bringing with me)
- Dining room
- 10 foot ceilings
- Pet friendly (3 mini daschunds and a kitty)
- Budget of +/- $1200 or so
I have the perfect place (meeting all requirements except the hookup for Gas Range which I’m willing to put in). How long can you wait? It will be available next May if you can wait that long…we don’t want to sell. Email at jturner925@gmail.com
Hi there. We have a 2 BR/1 Bath home in Woodland Heights (604 W 32nd St.) that will be available July 1. Hardwood floors, DR, laundry, fenced in yard, potting shed. It has electric heat but we would be willing to look at gas hookups for you. It has Central Air and a fireplace and is pet friendly. There is also a 2nd floor unfinished loft area that would be great for a studio or similar. It is a 50′s bungalow style home.
