Robbery and Quick Arrest Made on Forest Hill Ave.

From RTD; Richmond police Capt. Paul Kiniry said Aaron Gary, 20, and Devin Wyklle, 18, were arrested by 3rd Precinct officers who were patrolling the Forest Hill area when a man was robbed at knifepoint at 9:39 p.m.
