Ruptured Gas Line Near Plant Zero

Richmond fire and EMS units on the scene of a ruptured gas line in the 300 block of Stockton Street in the Manchester area of town near Plant Zero.

Evacuations are underway, according to fire officials.

NBC12 has a crew headed to the scene and will have more information as it becomes available.

Tweet from RFD: DPU is on scene and they have assessed the situation and will need additional resources to cut the gas off.
