This weekend is the big
Dominion Riverrock Outdoor Festival on Brown’s Island but it won’t be contained strictly to Brown’s Island. On Saturday starting at 2:30 the
Thule Urban Assault Mountain Bike Race will kick off and as you can see a good chunk of the course runs through our neighborhoods and trails.
Sections of Buttermilk Trail and the Nickel Bridge will be closed to non-Urban Assaulters during the afternoon. If you are interested in racing you can do so
online until 11:59 p.m. tonight (May 11) other wise you can register on site on Friday beginning at 4 p.m. or Saturday from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m on Brown’s Island.
