Mayo Bridge…Rehab or Replace?

There will be a public meeting tomorrow (sorry for late notice) on what should happen to the Mayo Bridge and the Manchester Canal Bridge. The meeting is tomorrow Tuesday, April 26, at the Main Street Station from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Presentation begins at 6:30 p.m.) Free parking is available at Main Street Station at 15th & East Franklin Streets. Overflow parking is available in Amtrak/East parking lot, where tickets will be validated. There is a study website with a survey that needs to be filled out by May 3, 2011. I’m hoping that they can rehab/improve by making the bridge more pedestrian and bicycle friendly.
