Car Break-in Forest Hill

My Jeep Cherokee was broken into last night and the thief stole some electronics/video games that were in the backseat. The inside was trashed, however the thief only took the games. All of my work materials, tools, cds, and other goods were left. When I left for work I noticed the driver side door was slightly cracked open and then saw that the inside was trashed. Somehow the thief managed to unlock the doors without causing damage – he may have had a clicker. I have warned neighbors to lock their cars and safeguard any valuables. This incident happened at 4505 Stonewall Ave between midnight and 8:00am on 4/12/11.
The best part? The videogame the thief got away with was in an Amazon.com box – a defective unit that was being shipped back for not working.
Sucks, but since he didn’t break his entering I figure not much lost here correct?
Between midnight and the morning of April 11, the Neighborhood Watch sign at Devonshire and WH Blvd and a few cars were vandalized with the letter R in spray-painted in black.
