Help Flower Reedy Creek

HandsOn Greater Richmond will be helping to make our area a little more beautiful on Saturday, March 26th. This event is open to all ages but you need to sign up online.

The James River is the heart of our city: home to beautiful vistas, white capped rapids, and wildlife from eagles to sturgeon. Fields around the Reedy Creek area used to be filled with wildflowers. Help James River Park staff spread new wildflower seed to reestablish these species, beautify the park, and promote plant diversity. Help keep Richmond’s parks beautiful for us and those crazy looking sturgeon!

Another opportunity exists on the 19th a little further afield at Cannon Creek.
