RTD is reporting “A man was transported to VCU Medical Center on Sunday afternoon with serious injuries after falling about 25 feet while rock climbing on the south side of Belle Isle.” But it is Twitter user Andrew Phinney aka (@RVAphinney) who grabbed some pictures of the rescue.
