Hathcock Faces Two Misdemeanor Charges

RTD is reporting that David Hathcock, liaison to Kathy C. Graziano, has been charged with misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor assault and warrants were issued. The charges stem from an alleged touching of co-worker Jennifer Walle last April.

Hathcock said today that he learned of the warrants Thursday and turned himself into police at 8:30 this morning. He said he’s being represented by attorney Craig Cooley.

“I absolutely deny these charges. They’re absurd,” Hathcock said. “Any further comment will come from my attorney, Mr. Cooley, in the proper format.”
