Walle Seeks Apology
From Style Weekly;
The woman at the center of City Council’s sex scandal says she’ll drop her lawsuit against the city, City Council President Kathy Graziano and aide David Hathcock if she gets a “sincere apology.”
In an interview this morning with Style Editor Jason Roop on WRVA 1140 AM, City Council aide Jennifer Walle and her attorney, Hayden Fisher, say they are seeking the apology and a commitment from the city to better handle harassment claims in the future.

I don’t think an apology is too much to ask for.
I think an apology won’t right the wrong that was done. I think David Hathcock needs to be dismissed, to start with.
I would say firing Hathcock would be in order too….since he admitted to it and all.
Hathcock’s boss isn’t exactly coming off squeaky-clean either. Get rid of ‘em both, please.
I haven’t heard of a single claim that Walle has made in a venue that involves an oath. This seems an awful lot like rumors being spread in a small town for political gain, and, perhaps, some cold cash for Walle in the process. Graziano has served her district and our city extremely well, as has Hathcock. I want to hear the other side of this “story.”
Graziano & Hathcock might have served YOU well, but in 6 years, I’ve not even received the courtesy of a reply from any correspondence I’ve sent their way.
Toss ‘em out.
Based on what I’ve read, this has been handled poorly from the get-go, by everyone from the alleged victim on up the food chain.
Bottom line is that I really don’t care.
Looks like it’s too late for an apology.
Nice to see that the always-compassionate T-D Commentariat is already branding Walle as the one in the wrong. Sigh.
