Mayor’s Participation and Communication Corps Meeting

The Mayor’s Participation and Communication Corp is designed to improve communication and thus services between the city and the community. Service driven initiatives can include but aren’t limited to matters relating to land use, public safety, parks and recreation.

MPACC is a partnership between the city, residents and business leaders.
MPACC is built around the police precincts and sectors, resulting in twelve community groups. We are in Sectors 311 and 312 south of the river. Monthly meetings will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Huguenot High School Auditorium located at 7945 Forest Hill Avenue, Richmond, Virginia on the Fourth Tuesday of each month. We encourage civic association leaders and all other interested parties to attend. Our first meeting will be held on January 25, 2011.
