Tumblr Moves into Manchester
All the geeks are excited, and rightfully so with the news that Tumblr has opened an office in Manchester. Tumblr has made it incredibly easy for anyone that wants to share their thoughts, ramblings, and photos with the world. Three hundred people showed up at Legend last night to meet the founder of Tumblr and various Tumblr bigwigs. This is good news for Manchester and could mean jobs as they hope to grow the overall Tumblr staff of 30 (total NY & RVA) to 100 by the end of the year.
As is to be expected the local new media have posted various interviews and videos.
