Last Minute Push for James River License Plate

The good folks at Friends of James River Parks are so close to reaching the needed goal of 350 people signing up for the special license plate. The problem is the looming deadline. At last night’s Forest Hill neighborhood meeting the number I heard was 29. Only 29 people need to go online and send $25 so that the plate can go before the assembly and then into manufacture. You can also mail in your application but time is quickly running out. They need the last 29 applications within the next 8 days.

Really appreciate the plugs here, Richard! We are at 330 as of this morning. Sure would LOVE to jump past 350 this weekend and relax a little! It’s going to happen, people, with your help. Thanks!
No problem, you’re so close. Hope it helps cross that magical barrier.
Your coverage of the push to reach the 350 is a huge help- hopefully 20 more people who enjoy the parks in Richmond will take the time to fill out an application- I’ve been waiting for my plates for 2 years!!

Holy mackerel – they’re down to needing just 10 more! I sent in my application yesterday, and really hope that they make their goal.
They need 1 more – just 1 more! Please help get the word out. Only 1 day left!!!
Just placed my order!
Nice job Kelly.
I am going to feel like such a sheep getting the 351st plate. Baaaah.
