Leeanne Meadows Ladin co-author of the best-selling book Secretariat’s Meadow – The Land, The Family, The Legend, will be the guest speaker at the Westover Hills Library on Wednesday, January 19, at 7 p.m., sponsored by the Westover Hills Library Advisory Group.
