4th Annual Pony Pasture Polar Plunge
The 4th Annual dip in the James – AKA Pony Pasture Polar Plunge or P4 as Piper calls it – is a go for this year.
We will be meeting at the Boat Ramp at the Main lot at Pony Pasture on New Year’s Day. Jump starts precisely at Noon and then we will head to Lorene Davidson’s house on Riverside for chili and champagne.
This year we will be collecting donations for the Wayne Can’t Keep a Goodman Down Foundation. So come out and support the cause or just come out to see the silly folks freeze their @#$! off in the James.
And as always, there will be a costume contest decided by me … bribing is encouraged … so come out in your Halloween or Speedos besties and see what you can “win” besides a case of pneumonia of course.
Oh, and if you plan to celebrate afterwards at Lorene’s, feel free to bring snacks/food/drink as she has provided/made all the goodies for us plungers the last 3 years.

Is this a clothing optional program or do you have to be naked?
Paul, clothing of some sort is recommended.
