Loose and Possibly Injured Dog on Riverside

Around 7:30, someone reported a mid-size, short-hair black-and-white dog going through the alley between the 4800 block of Riverside Dr. and Evelyn Byrd near Prince George. The dog seemed to have no collar and was limping, but was able to run away when approached. If you think you may know the owners of this dog, please alert them as soon as possible. It is a dangerously cold night and time might be of the essence.
