One of those was the fire I called in on Belle Isle last night on my way home from work on my bike….looked like some bums were having a grand old time in the old hydroelectric plant. I wasn’t aware of the burn risk right now but I am glad I called for a situation I normally don’t care one way or the other about but I had seen some bums head off the island so was concerned that nobody was tending the thing. With it being so cold out bum fires are raging everywhere.
