From City press release: RICHMOND, VA – On Saturday, January 15, 2011, the city of Richmond is sponsoring a Christmas tree recycling program called “Bring One for the Chipper 2011.” City residents are invited to recycle their Christmas trees by having the city chip them into mulch for use in landscaping.
