Patrick Henry Finally Gets a Signed Lease

After a seemingly Sisyphean struggle, the Richmond Public School signed the lease last night and Patrick Henry School of Science and Arts can begin renovations on the school building located at 3411 Semmes. The Patrick Henry board hopes to begin the process of hiring contractors, with work slated to start in late winter or early spring. The first of three phases will tackle the lower library level, the cafeteria level, the first level of classrooms and administrative offices. PHSSA Lease Press Release.pdf
