Suspicious Van in Reedy Creek Area

Email from a concerned Reedy Creek neighbor;

I just confronted a guy walking out of my backyard with a gas can (which was in a closed, unlocked storage shed).  He denied going in the shed and told me he found the can in the driveway (not possible).  He said his last name was Drudge (can’t recall the first), and I asked him to leave ASAP.  He left the can on our front step with $2 cash.

I snapped a pic of his van and checked with the neighbors who verified he had gone through a few of the backyards on the block.  He could have legitimately run out of gas, but it looks suspiciously like he was casing our block.

This just happened in the Reedy Creek area. I called 911, and they are currently looking for him.

I’ll update with a description of the van shortly.
Van description: “dark green Dodge Caravan LE with one of the front tires replaced with a spare donut.”
Male description: “He was a white male dressed for the office (button down, nice pants & shoes).”
