The 1st Annual Autumn Classic is scheduled for October 9th, 2010 at Forest Hill Park in Richmond, VA. Come celebrate, participate, & make a difference!
The walk route is a short 1 mile. The entire family can participate, regardless of age. There is a registration fee of $25 and all participants will receive a walk t-shirt.
After you register, create your own personal fundraising page and email it to all of your family and friends. You can ask your family and friends to create their own web pages too! Our goal is to raise $25,000. You can help us achieve that goal, by simply creating and sharing a web page.
DON’T FORGET…. This is a family fun event. After the walk there will be games, vendors, and entertainment. Be sure to enjoy the post-walk celebration.

- Pony Rides
- The Fire Department & Their Fabulous Fire Engine!

If one is out of town and can’t particpate, can we still contribute and get a shirt?
I’m attempting to get a answer to your question. I know you can donate because we won’t be able to attend but not sure about the shirt.
Why does the event now read as cancelled? I got a flyer about it today.
The event has been canceled due to logistical and planning issues, the details of which I don’t know. The decision to cancel happened this morning so some flyers and blog post went out not knowing the full situation.
