H&H Author Releases Book on Secretariat

Leeanne Meadows Ladin, H&H resident (pictured above) co-authored with Kate Chenery Tweedy the book “Secretariat’s Meadow – The Land, The Family, The Legend”.  Tweedy’s mother Penny Chenery owned Secretariat. As I am sure a good number of you know Secretariat a Triple Crown champion was born and raised in Doswell just up the road.

Leeanne and Kate are doing a “Barnstorming Book Tour” across the country and will have several dates in Richmond in the month of October. Details can be found on their website or blog.  You can find the book on Amazon.
