Westover Hills Stray Watch has word of a found dog;
A black and brown male beagle (predominantly black with a brown and white face), with collar but no tags has been found in the 5800 block of New Kent (near Riverside Dr.). If he is your dog or you know his owner, please contact Hugh at 334-8419 or email to HShowalter@verizon.net.
