Reminder of the Southampton Garden Celebration on Saturday

With all the focus right now on Patrick Henry it is easy to forget that many Richmond Schools have some great stuff going on. One of those great things is the garden that has been planted at Southampton Elementary School.

The Southampton School is going to have a Garden Celebration & Dedication Saturday, May 1st at 12 o’clock. Come celebrate with the children, school staff and parents that have made the gardens possible and thank the neighbors, friends and businesses that have made the gardens possible. Tour the gardens, plant flowers, paint rocks, make bird feeds and more. If you can, donate a plant from your garden to the school’s friendship garden.
