Stray Dog Spotted in Westover Hills

From the Westover Hills Stray Watch;

We’ve received a report that a dog described as a small (perhaps 40 pounds) “brown mop” with a red collar has been in the alleys around Cedar, Devonshire, and Sylvan (east of Westover Hills Blvd.) on Saturday and Sunday morning. This doesn’t SOUND like the missing Border Collie, Jill, but anyone who knows of a missing dog matching that description will want to look in the Cedar Lane vicinity.
