Rape Reported at 400 Block of WH Blvd

Police were called to a South Richmond apartment this morning to investigate a reported rape.
A woman told police she had been assaulted about 5 a.m. at an apartment in the 400 block of Westover Hills Boulevard.
The alleged assault was reported about 7 a.m.
According to RTD, the suspect was know to the victim and has already been arrested.

Richmond Police have arrested Hubert D. Anderson, 21, in connection with this.
