Kudos For Manchester Steps Work

It was the local Sierra Club group Fall of the James that pointed out the wonderful work that the James River Outdoor Coalition,  Blue Ridge Mountain Sports and Sportsbackers have done on building steps and platforms on the back side of the Manchester Climbing Wall.
