Potholes
A reader wrote in asking about how to get the potholes on Forest Hill between Bliley and Westower fixed. I thought some of you may have a problem on your street as well. NBC12 had a story on potholes last month explaining that main roads/highways take priority. From the city website we learn “Annually, we receive 7,500-8,000 requests for pothole repair. Our standard turnaround time for pothole patching is two business days. Please report any problem areas you notice.” I expect that number will be even higher this year due to the big snow. The number to call to report a pothole is 3-1-1.

Interesting, I figured the city had run out of money for potholes like they gave up on leaf pickup. I’ve been trying to memorize a safe route to work that avoids all the ones more than 6″ deep, and knowing that the one that will be easiest to remember is the one that breaks my axle.
They’re picking up mine tomorrow. Signs up and everything.
highways are a priority? have they not seen the shape 64 is in?!?!
64 is not under the city’s purview.
can someone fix the pothole on Cameron St. just north of Cary before a small car falls in or someone gets killed by flying debris?
