2nd annual “I Heart Tree 5K” Signup
This community event is a 5K walk/run through the Forest Hill Neighborhood. The race will begin and end at Forest Hill Park (5K Map). The race begins at 9 a.m. February 13th. Leashed dogs and strollers are welcome. Official times will not be recorded.
Applications for participation are available at www.foresthillneighborhood.com or I Heart Tree 5K Registration Form.pdf. All applications postmarked by Friday, February 5, 2010 will be guaranteed a long sleeve t-shirt. Race day registration will be available beginning at 8 a.m.
The cost of the race is $15. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Parking is available at Forest Hill Park (intersection of 42nd Street and New Kent Ave).

Are they doing street closures on the route?
Streets will not be closed, but we will have police to help with the crossing of Forest Hill Ave. Will I see you there CSB?

Sweet! I will bring my valentine and our dogs. We were just saying we need to drag ourselves away from the Pony Pasture section of the JRPS and check out more of FH Park.
